Harmans is an unincorporated community located in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. It is bounded by Dorsey Rd. to the north, Telegraph Rd. to the east, Paul T. Pitcher Hwy. (Maryland Route 100) to the south, and Harmans Rd. to the west. Surrounding neighborhoods include Merriweather, Andorick Acres, Severn and Arundel Mills. The community of Harmans is also just southwest of the Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). The Amtrack's Northeast Corridor high-speed rail line runs vertically through the area, but there are no stations.

There are youth club teams, youth leagues and adult leagues playing in the sports complex. The Soccer Dome II is open from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Mondays through Thursdays and 9:30 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Fridays through Sundays. The domes are affiliated and sponsored by Adidas, US Youth Soccer, Mayland State Yout Soccer Association, US Club Soccer and many more.

Located near Arundel Mills on Ridge Chapel Rd., it is operated by the Anne Arundel County Department of Recreation and Parks. Open daily from sunrise to sunset, the park features one basketball court, a permit-only pavilion, a picnic area, a playground, two tennis courts, a paved trail and restrooms.
