Owings Mills is an unincorporated community in the suburbs of Baltimore County, MD. It's a business hub for young professionals and commuters because of its easy access to I-795 and Baltimore, located only 20 minutes away. Owings Mills, MD, houses the Baltimore Ravens' headquarters facility and the Maryland Public Television's studios. In 2008, it was named number 49 on CNN Business' "100 Places to Live and Launch."

As of the 2010 census, Owings Mills' population consisted of 30,622 people.

Simmons Museum of the Negro League Baseball — located in the Owings Mills Branch of the Baltimore County Library — showcases the Negro League Baseball in the 20th century.
