Located on 20th St. in Meade Heights, it is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. People have an option to donate to the program or even volunteer to help at the shelter.
Catering to the residents of Meade Heights and the surrounding areas, Provinces Park is operated by the Anne Arundel County Recreation and Parks. Part of the Department of Natural Resources program's open space project, the park is open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. It is pet friendly and offers recreational amenities like an open area, paved walking path, soccer field, baseball and softball field, park benches and tables, picnic area, pavilion and parking.
