It consists of the neighborhood of Windsor Mill and Rockdale. The communities located near Milford Mill are Woodlawn, Pikesville and Randallstown. It is the old mill in Pikesville that the community of Milford Mill got its "Milford Mill" name. The official name of the area is "Milford."

Milford Mill has a total population of 29,926 people. The area gives off a dense suburban feel. About 55% of the residents rent their own homes. The median rent in Milford Mill is $1,353. The average home value is $210,100.

The Twin Lakes Racquet and Hoops Club is an athletic facility on Twin Lakes Ct. The indoor facility features five tennis courts, 16 hoops, a rec room and a fitness room for visitors to utilize. It also offers tennis lessons, basketball lessons, private reservations and clinics.

The Twin Lakes Racquet Club is open Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. On Saturdays and Sundays, it is open from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. Players must make reservations before coming. As for the Hoops Basketball Center, it is open Mondays through Fridays from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. On Saturdays and Sundays, it is open from 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
