This apartment complex has many amenities that fit its residents' needs. The closets, living rooms, private patios and balconies are of reasonable sizes.
Olympic-sized swimming pool, clubhouse, playground, clothes care center, dog stations and 24-hour fitness center are also provided for the residents as the community strives to meet everyone's expectations. Office hours are Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. On Saturdays, they're open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The office is closed on Sundays.
Allyson Gardens Apartment II is the newer constructed apartment complex located next to the original complex. It is situated in a peaceful wooded area with easy access to I-795, Reisterstown, major bus lines, and Owings Mills' popular attractions. Based on Apartments.com, it is rated 4.1 out of 5. The community offers one and two bedroom floorplans, with private balconies and separate washers and dryers in each apartment. Amenities include 24-hour emergency maintenance, clubhouse, fitness center, Olympic-sized pool, playground and garbage disposals.
Allyson Gardens is zoned to the Baltimore County Public Schools District and has a variety of schools that are assigned to its residents. These schools include Owings Mills Elementary School, Lyons Mill Elementary School, Franklin Middle School, Deer Park Middle Magnet School, and Owings Mills High School.
Stevenson University was founded in 1947. Originally known as Villa Julie College, the name changed to Stevenson University in 2008 to reflect its advancements. The university has a total population of 2,732 traditional undergraduate students. There is an additional 847 online students who are obtaining their bachelor's and master's degrees. Stevenson University offers over 90 majors, minors and tracks, 19 intramural and club sports, 27 NCAA Division III athletic teams, eSports team for competitive online gaming, seven bands and music programs, more than 80 student clubs and organizations, and three Greek life organizations.

Plans for the Mustang Stadium were proposed in June of 2009. The $6 million on-campus stadium was designed by Curry Architects of Towson and built by Howard S. Brown Enterprises. It consists of 3,000 seats for fans and a two-story press box that includes a club level with 440 club seats, patio, President's Suite, and 6,400 square foot fitness center and a press level with home and visiting coaches boxes, radio booths, television and video suites.
The stadium also features space for game day administration and general media, team rooms for football, field hockey, men's lacrosse and women's lacrosse, an office complex for men's lacrosse and football, a state-of-the-art scoreboard, and a synthetic, eco-friendly turf surface.
