Meadows is an unincorporated community in the county of Prince George's, Maryland. Situated near the east end of Joint Base Andrews, it is within proximity to the neighborhoods of Windsor Park, Woodyard, Morningside, Westphalia Estates and Westphalia. The East Fitness Center is a facility of the Joint Base Andrews Force Support Squadron. It offers a wide range of programs to enhance the physical fitness of base personnel. Recreational opportunities featured at the center are intramural sports, flag football, slow-pitch softball, basketball, aerobics, organized fun runs, racquetball courts, cardiovascular equipment, group exercise classes, male and female saunas, weight room, and dumbbell room. The center also hosts special events like Strongman, Powerlifting competitions and the Biggest Loser Challenge. Located on Fetchet Ave., it is open 24/7 for vaccinated military personnel only. From 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., it is open for Unit PT Sessions.

It is open from 12 to 9 p.m. on Mondays, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesdays through Thursdays, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays.
